Customer Instructions/Requirements:
Delegates must have a good understanding of English or use of a translator will be required. Please advise us if there are likely to be any language issues.
Suitable training rooms or training area to be provided, where applicable. It must be quiet, separate from other work activities, have electrical power and TV monitor or blank wall to project on.
Plant & Equipment, where applicable, must be in good working order, safe to use & have appropriate certification (E.G. GA1 Report of Thorough Examination).
If the above instructions / requirements (where applicable) are not met on the day of training, it may result in a delay or cancellation of the course. See cancellation policy – Point 2 below).
Cancellation Policy:
You will be charged a cancellation fee only if the following arises:
1. Less than seven working days’ notice is given before cancelling your course and you may be charged 50% of the course fee. Less than two working days’ notice is given before cancelling your course, or if there’s a no show, you may be charged 100% of the course fee.
2. If the trainer, on the day of training, deems the customer’s delegates, training facilities or equipment, where applicable, not suitable for the training to proceed, it may result in the course being delayed or even cancelled by Safe Plant Certification Ltd. In that scenario, cancellation charges would apply. (This only applies to training run at customer’s premises or nominated training facility).
You will receive a full refund if any of the following arises:
a. The course is cancelled on the day of training by Safe Plant Certification Ltd due to circumstances beyond our control. (Except where the customer actions or omissions is the cause of the cancellation – see point 2 of cancellation policy above.
b. The course is cancelled by us within 12 to 24 hours of the course commencement, and we are unable to offer you a suitable alternative date/course.
c. You cancel your course booking more than seven days in advance of the course start date.
Please note: that foregoing or reducing cancellation fees will be dealt with on a case by case basis, and its application will be entirely at the discretion and goodwill of Safe Plant Certification Ltd.
